As first responders continue working hard to protect the community, please help us by avoiding the area if you choose to recreate outdoors today. While some trails in the area are open, they are quite intricate, we do not want anyone to accidently end up in an unsafe area.
Drones are another concern for first responders. Unauthorized drone flights pose serious risks to firefighter and public safety and the effectiveness of wildfire suppression operations. If you fly, we can’t!
By staying out of the area and keeping drones grounded, you’re helping our first responders be able to focus on their work of mitigating the fire risk and addressing hot spots.
