The city and county use the Reachwell app to provide emergency information to individuals who speak languages other than English. It is important that Reachwell user selects both of the following channels in the app: BOCOalert AND BOCOinfo, to ensure you are receiving all messages. Users should also turn on audible notifications so they don’t miss messages from the app.
