Boulder County has been providing a Call Center for the community for the last few weeks. The Call Center has options for the community to access information about the Stay-at-Home order and health questions about COVID-19 from the Boulder County Public Health department, support resources from Boulder County Housing & Human Services (for questions about housing, food, and healthcare), employment information from Workforce Boulder County, and most recently, resources for older adults from the Area Agency on Aging.
The Call Center can be reached at 720-776-0822 and will now be open weekdays only from 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.
After tracking the volume of calls for the past few weeks, the Call Center is reducing hours in the evenings and closing over the weekend. If you are hoping to share information about businesses or individuals who may not be following the Stay-at-Home order, you can find resources to do that here.
The Colorado Attorney General is also taking reports about Stay-at-Home violations at covid19@coag.gov.
Many questions about the Stay-at-Home order can be answered online at https://covid19.colorado.gov/. Additional help with general questions about the state’s order is available through CO-Help Line at 303-389-1687 or 1-877-462-2911 and by email COHELP@RMPDC.org.
If you need help accessing resources during COVID-19 response, visit Boulder County’s resource page or the City of Boulder’s resource page for details about which programs you may be eligible to utilize. 2-1-1 Colorado is also available and a great resource to connect families and individuals to social and community resources best suited to meet their needs.
