Great news! The #CalWoodFire was 100% contained. The fire was again tested by high winds today and showed no signs of heat or smoke. Firefighters will continue to check the fire daily. This will be the last update unless something significant happens.

The CalWood Fire received a minimum of 1 inch of snow today and no smoke was visible. Tomorrow it is expected to be partly cloudy and cold with a high of 43 degrees on the fire. Firefighters will continue to patrol the fire and look for any new smoke.
