Boulder Police Department will be holding a press conference at 4:00 p.m. to update the community about the incident that took place at Pearl and 13th Streets in Boulder. The press conference will be live streamed on X (Twitter) on the the Boulder Police Department’s channel (@boulderpolice) as well as on local news stations.
