Firefighters continued monitoring and patrolling the CalWood Fire as well as rehabilitating fire suppression damage on the southern side of the fire today. More rehabilitation work is planned for tomorrow. An infrared flight to check for any remaining heat will take place next week after the cold front has come through. The fire will transition tonight to a local Type 4 team with Kael Donley as the Incident Commander.
