The Main Library and the Reynolds Branch Library in Boulder have re-opened, and impacted community members are welcome to use power there to charge cell phones and other essential communication devices. You must bring your own cord(s). The libraries will close at 5 p.m. today and will be open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. tomorrow.
