July 12, 2016 — 2:15 p.m.: Denver Water has reopened Gross Reservoir to public access following a one-day closure because of its proximity to the Cold Springs Fire in Boulder County. The decision to reopen the reservoir was made based on information provided by fire and emergency management officials.
