Spoiled food collection will continue throughout the week for all Boulder County residents who lost power during the wind event. Western Disposal’s transfer site, 2051 63rd Street, Boulder is open 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. through Saturday, April 13, and closed on Sunday.
Bring spoiled food in non-glass containers for composting. If you have food in glass containers, please empty the food into plastic bags/containers and recycle the glass in your curbside bin. If you are unable to utilize the Western Disposal dumpsters, please utilize your regular garbage bin to dispose of spoiled food and your regular recycling bin to dispose of empty, clean recyclable containers.
